Pricing: issuer feeds, not exchange tapes

Each issuer runs its own price feed for Strategy PP Variable — BNB Chain (xStocks) reads Backed Assets, and Solana (xStocks) reads Backed Assets — refreshed every few minutes while the underlying market trades. After the close a form holds the last mark; the chain beneath it keeps settling around the clock regardless.
