Pricing: issuer feeds, not exchange tapes

Every form of Axon follows its own issuer's feed rather than a crypto market: Robinhood Chain reads undefined, and BNB Chain (xStocks) reads Backed Assets. The feeds refresh every few minutes with the session's price, so between market hours a form holds the last mark while the chains beneath it keep settling around the clock. What that means in practice: the exposure tracks the underlying share, the settlement behaves like any token on its chain, and the two clocks do not need to agree for either to work.

Token rights, kept separate from share rights

A tokenized Axon token tracks the share's price (ISIN US05464C1018); it is not a brokerage holding.
