The feeds refresh every few minutes with the session's price, so between market hours a form holds the last mark while the chains beneath it keep settling around the clock. What that means in practice: the exposure tracks the underlying share, the settlement behaves like any token on its chain, and the two clocks do not need to agree for either to work.

What the token carries, and what it does not

A tokenized UDR token tracks the share's price (ISIN CH1580496672); it is not a brokerage holding. No ownership, voting, or dividend rights attach unless the issuer program grants them, and there is no SIPC coverage in the wrapper.
