Invoicing on U.CASH

An invoice that accepts everything: crypto on 34 networks, cards, and the bank rails your clients actually pay through, on one payable invoice. Amount, reference, and due window are set by you; the payment surface, confirmations, and webhook are U.CASH.

Invoices settle non-custodial to your wallet, carry a unique payment reference for reconciliation, and mark themselves paid the moment your confirmation policy is met. Underpayments and overpayments are detected, not discovered.

How it works

From setup to settled.

Step 01

Create the invoice

Set the amount, the currency you bill in, and the rails you accept: crypto, cards, or the bank rails.

Step 02

Send it anywhere

The invoice is a link: email it, paste it in a chat, or attach it to the statement of work.

Step 03

Client pays their way

The client picks the rail: a wallet for crypto, a card, or a bank transfer with the invoice's payment reference.

Step 04

Settled and reconciled

Payment lands non-custodial at your wallet or account; the invoice flips to paid and the webhook fires.

What you get

Every rail on one invoice

56 crypto assets, cards through your own processor, and 20 bank rails: the client picks, you get paid either way.

Unique payment references

Every invoice carries its own reference (B-XXXXXX on bank rails), so reconciliation is a match, not a guess.

Partial payment handling

Underpayments are detected and held visible; the invoice says what remains instead of silently waiting.

Non-custodial settlement

Crypto invoices settle straight to your wallet. U.CASH never holds the payment at any point.

Signed webhooks

The moment your confirmation policy is met, a signed webhook tells your systems the invoice is good.

30-day windows

Bank-rail invoices hold their reference for 30 days: late corporate payments still reconcile.

Crypto invoicing: FAQ

Can I bill in fiat and settle in crypto?
Yes: price the invoice in dollars, euros, or any supported currency, and accept payment in the pegged stablecoin or any enabled asset. The FX step happens on the payer's side of the invoice.
How do bank-rail invoices work without a processor?
The invoice shows your coordinates (IBAN, PIX key, UPI ID, whatever the rail uses) plus a unique payment reference. The client sends the transfer; you match the reference and the invoice marks paid.
What does it cost?
Crypto invoices carry a flat, transparent fee per transaction. Card rails price through your own processor account; the manual bank rails cost nothing on U.CASH.
