What is Pre-IPO token?

A pre-IPO token tracks the value of shares in a private company held by a Special Purpose Vehicle: exposure to an OpenAI or a SpaceX before any listing. The SPV holds; the token trades; the price reflects private-market valuations, which can sit far from anything a public market would pay.

The caveats are the point: no ownership, voting, dividend, or information rights, a real risk of total loss, and no availability to U.S. persons. It is the most speculative thing U.CASH lists, and the disclosures say so.

Pre-IPO token: FAQ

Why does a pre-IPO token trade away from the last funding round?
Private valuations are stale and negotiated; tokens trade continuously. The gap is the market repricing the company between rounds, which is the information the token exists to reveal.
Can U.S. persons buy pre-IPO tokens?
No. The offering is closed to U.S. persons, and checkouts ask buyers to confirm eligibility before any pre-IPO transaction.
