Una is the chat-driven control plane for your U.CASH apps. Ask in plain language and it proposes the right guided action, reads your live store data, and previews every change before it applies. It runs as a bounded LLM tool-calling loop on a custom-branded model, billed per turn in fractions of a cent. Read-only until you confirm, so it is safe by design.

Confirm to apply

On confirm, Una validates the baseline has not moved, charges the micro-fee, and applies a single-key write. Reversible changes can be undone in the same chat.

What is Una?
Una is the conversational AI assistant for U.CASH, the Universal Network Agent. You chat with it to set up and manage your pay.u.cash, agents.u.cash, and pos.u.cash stores: wallets, checkouts, payment links, transactions, settings, branding, and team.
Does Una ever change my store without asking?
No. Una is read-only until you confirm. For any change it shows a preview card with the exact diff, the cost range, and whether it is reversible, and it only applies the write when you confirm.
How is Una billed?
Per action, in fractions of a cent. Each completed action charges a tiny variable amount off your balance. Reads are free, and so is instant keyword routing. You can bill in credit (the default) or switch to UCASH per user.
Is it safe to change a receive wallet through Una?
Yes. Wallet changes get the full safety bar: address format validation, a sanctions blocklist check, portal-MFA step-up re-auth, a single-key write, and a re-check at apply time that rejects the change if the stored value moved since preview.
What model powers Una?
Una presents a custom model identity, una-21B-0.4.3 [128K], built by the Uantum project: a 21-billion-parameter model with a 128K-token context window. It denies being any other model, and provider names are never surfaced.
Can Una answer questions about my sales?
Yes. Ask in plain language and a read tool pulls your live data, then a follow-up analysis gives you a short answer citing the key numbers, for example how much you sold this month or how many payments are pending.
