This rider adds terms specific to the POS (point-of-sale) and Shop storefront tools. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and the Pay rider applies to payment flows.
POS and Shop are software tools that help you run a storefront or point of sale and accept payment through Pay. U.CASH is a software provider. It is not a party to your sales, does not hold inventory, and does not act as a marketplace operator.
You are the seller of record for everything you offer through POS or Shop. You are responsible for your goods and services, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, returns, taxes, licensing, and compliance with consumer law, and for the accuracy and legality of your product information, pricing, and imagery.
Your storefront and sales must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including those governing advertising, pricing disclosure, and prohibited goods.
