This rider adds terms specific to the Pay Service. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and read together with them.
Pay lets you create payment links and checkout pages that direct payers to send cryptocurrency directly to wallet addresses you control. U.CASH does not hold, receive, or transmit the payer's funds; the payment settles on-chain between the payer and your wallet.
If you use Pay to accept payment, you are the seller of record. You are responsible for your goods and services, and for all refunds, returns, disputes, tax, licensing, and consumer-law obligations to your customers. U.CASH is not a party to your sale.
Where you enable a card or fiat option, that leg is handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Verifone). The processor's terms, fees, chargeback rules, and compliance requirements apply to that leg, and U.CASH is not a party to it.
You may embed Pay checkout on your own site or use it under a white-label domain. You are responsible for the accuracy of your integration and for disclosing these Terms to your customers where required.
Pay charges are disclosed in the app before you act and are governed by Section 7 of the Terms. Payers always pay the full amount directly to you.
