This rider applies to the U.CASH AI assistants (ai.u.cash, una.u.cash). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
The assistants generate text in response to your prompts. That output is general information, not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice, and it does not create any advisor relationship. Do not make decisions based solely on it. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to you.
AI output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or biased content. It may sound confident while being wrong. You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it, including any address, amount, fact, or instruction.
To operate the Service, prevent abuse, and improve quality and safety, U.CASH may log prompts and inputs you submit and outputs returned. Logging and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy. Do not submit secrets, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
The assistants will not help with unlawful activity, including evading sanctions or anti-money-laundering controls, committing fraud, or facilitating prohibited transactions under the Acceptable Use Policy.
