This rider adds terms specific to status.u.cash. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
status.u.cash reports the results of periodic health checks and records historical uptime. This is provided for transparency and convenience only. It is not a real-time guarantee that any Service is available, secure, or error-free at any given moment, and it may lag, be incomplete, or be temporarily inaccurate.
Many Services depend on underlying public blockchains, third-party smart contracts, liquidity sources, bridges, domain registries, and payment processors that U.CASH does not control. The status page reflects U.CASH's own checks and does not warrant the operation of those third parties.
Any binding availability commitment, measurement, or remedy is set out in our Service Level Agreement. To the extent of any conflict between this rider and the SLA, the SLA governs.
