This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") sets the availability target for the U.CASH Services and the service credits available if we miss it. Live availability is published at status.u.cash.
The Services covered by this SLA are the U.CASH websites and application APIs we directly operate, as listed on status.u.cash. Each service is monitored from its own start date.
We target 99.99% monthly availability for covered services. "Availability" means the service responds to a health check without error, measured as successful checks divided by total checks in a calendar month.
"Downtime" is the number of minutes a covered service is unavailable in a month, excluding:
If monthly availability of a covered service falls below the target, you may request a service credit as follows, applied to a future billing period:
| Monthly availability | Service credit |
|---|---|
| Below 99.99% | 5% of the monthly fee for that service |
| Below 99.9% | 10% of the monthly fee for that service |
| Below 99.0% | 25% of the monthly fee for that service |
To claim a credit, contact [email protected] within 30 days after the affected month. Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for an SLA shortfall.
We publish incidents, updates, and post-incident reviews on status.u.cash. For significant incidents, we aim to publish a post-incident review within 7 days of resolution.
Support is available through the relevant app and via the addresses on our Contact page. This SLA does not guarantee the operation of any third-party protocol or blockchain and does not modify the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service.
