This rider adds terms specific to the Send Service, which prepares and dispatches batch on-chain payments from a CSV. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for the recipient addresses, amounts, networks, and labels in any CSV you upload. Send does not verify that an address belongs to the intended recipient. A wrong address means funds sent to the wrong place, which cannot be reversed.
Once you review and sign a batch, the on-chain transfers are committed and cannot be undone, cancelled, or refunded, even if the CSV contained an error. Review the preview carefully before signing.
The CSV you upload is processed to prepare your batch as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not include information you do not need to send the payments.
