This rider adds terms specific to the Agents Service and the HTTP-402 agent-payment protocol. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
The Agents Service lets autonomous software agents discover, request, and make payments over the HTTP-402 protocol. Payments settle non-custodially on-chain directly from the paying wallet; U.CASH does not hold or transmit the funds. Where a payment uses EIP-3009 transfers-with-authorization, the Exact payment flow, or the Universal Charge Protocol (UCP), the relevant on-chain and protocol rules apply.
If you operate an agent, you are responsible for your agent's behavior and for any funds, keys, or authorizations the agent controls. You must ensure your agent complies with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law, including sanctions and AML rules.
Access to the Agents Service may require an API key. You are responsible for keeping keys secure and for all use under your keys. Rotate keys you suspect are compromised.
We may impose rate limits, quotas, and fair-use thresholds, and may suspend automated access that overloads or abuses the Service. Agent payments depend on the underlying blockchain and may fail or delay due to network conditions.
Agents may not be used to circumvent fees, evade screening, manipulate markets, or conduct any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. Automated agents are subject to the same restrictions as human users.
