This rider adds terms specific to the Names Service. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Names lets you acquire Web3 domain names (such as Unstoppable Domains and FIO names) through third-party registries and partners. The domain itself is registered, minted, and managed by the third-party registry, not by U.CASH. U.CASH acts only as an interface and reseller.
The terms of service, registration policies, pricing, renewals, acceptable use, and dispute rules of Unstoppable Domains, FIO, and the relevant registry apply to your domain and govern your rights in it. U.CASH is not a party to your relationship with the registry and cannot override the registry's decisions.
How and whether a name resolves to an address depends on the third-party registry and the wallets and services that choose to support it. U.CASH does not guarantee universal resolution of any name.
Once a domain is minted on-chain, the purchase is generally irreversible and non-refundable. Before completing a purchase, confirm the spelling, extension, and recipient.
