This rider adds terms specific to the Buy Service. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and the Swap rider applies where Buy uses swap routing.
Buy lets you purchase UCASH at the prevailing market price from on-chain liquidity, routed non-custodially from your wallet. The amount of UCASH you receive is determined by available liquidity, price impact, and network conditions at the moment the transaction confirms.
UCASH is a volatile digital asset whose price can change quickly and may go down as well as up. U.CASH does not guarantee any price, return, liquidity, or future value, and nothing in the Buy Service is a promise about the value of UCASH.
Purchasing UCASH interacts with third-party smart contracts and liquidity sources and is irreversible once your transaction is signed and confirmed. The Swap rider risks (smart-contract failure, slippage, MEV) apply. Verify all details before signing.
UCASH is intended to function as a utility and network-access token for the U.CASH ecosystem. The Buy Service is a market purchase from liquidity, not an offering of securities, and nothing in it is an investment contract or a promise of profits from the efforts of others.
