Entity U.CASH Inc. Version 2026-08-06 Effective Aug 6, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies U.CASH Inc. ("we", "us") uses across the U.CASH apps and websites (the "Services"), and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. "Essential" cookies are required for the Services to work. Others are optional and, in regions that require it, are set only after you consent through our cookie banner.

First-party and third-party

Most cookies we use are first-party (set by U.CASH). Where a third-party provider is involved (for example optional analytics), that provider may set its own cookies subject to its own policy, and only after you consent. We do not allow providers to use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to manage cookies

  • Use the cookie banner to accept, reject, or customize categories at any time. You can reopen it from the footer.
  • California residents: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the banner, or see Privacy Policy, Section 12.
  • You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the Services would not work without them.

Cross-border transfers via cookies

Where a cookie transfers personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the transfer mechanisms described in our Privacy Policy, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use. For questions, contact [email protected].
