U.CASH Inc. respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. This policy describes how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright.

Under 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3), a valid notice must include, in writing and signed under penalty of perjury:
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes identification of the removed material, your contact details and a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court (if in the United States), a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your signature. We may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless we first receive notice that the claiming party has filed a court action.
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Under section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Before filing a notice, please consider whether the use may be permitted (for example as fair use).
