1. Acceptance

By using any U.CASH application (pay.u.cash, swap.u.cash, agents.u.cash, buy.u.cash, names.u.cash, portal.u.cash, verify.u.cash), you agree to these terms.

2. Non-custodial service

U.CASH is a non-custodial platform. It does not hold, control, pool, or transmit user funds. Payments settle directly between users on public blockchains. U.CASH acts as a verifier, detector, and indexer. You are solely responsible for your wallets, private keys, and on-chain transactions.

3. No money transmission

Because U.CASH never controls user funds, it is not a money transmitter or money-service business under FinCEN regulations. The platform provides software infrastructure; it does not accept or transmit value on behalf of users.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including tax reporting for your transactions.
You must not use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet addresses you configure.

5. Fees

U.CASH charges a platform fee (at the UCASH rate) on settled transactions, debited from the seller's prepaid non-withdrawable service credit. The buyer always pays the full amount directly to the seller. Fees are subject to change with notice.

6. No warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; the platform cannot reverse, refund, or guarantee any payment. Network congestion, smart contract risks, and third-party service outages may affect performance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U.CASH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
